The Dartmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Raymond Oswald.
Raymond may be driving a gray 2026 Hyundai Tucson. We have reached out to the Dartmouth PD this afternoon and asked for more information and were told everything they had was posted in the flyer below.
