A new chapter is taking shape in downtown Fall River. Are you happy with the new development?
Coming to 138 Hartwell Street, Jenna’s Corner Lofts will become the sixth property in The Downtown Lofts family, a division of Cordeiro Properties.
The new development will feature 49 market-rate apartments, including 29 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units, giving residents the opportunity to live just steps from downtown’s restaurants, shops, businesses, and events.
