The Rochester Fire Department responded earlier today to the intersection of Braley Hill Road and North Avenue for a two-car motor vehicle crash.
One person was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital Trauma Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
At the time of the crash, the on-duty Rochester Fire crew was returning from St. Luke’s after handling an earlier medical call. On-call firefighters also responded, and a mutual-aid ambulance from the Town of Freetown was summoned after the initial report indicated multiple injuries.
The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.
The Rochester Police Department is investigating.
