A 19-year-old Fall River man is facing drug and firearm charges after Brewer, Maine, police executed a search warrant at a home Thursday.
According to Brewer police, officers searched a home on Center Street and seized illegal drugs and a firearm.
Ricardo Costa, 19, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with:

- Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, a Class A offense
- Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, a Class C offense
Police said the investigation is part of a broader effort to disrupt illegal drug activity in the community.
Brewer officers have executed multiple search warrants at area homes they say are connected to one another. Police said the searches and resulting arrests are part of the department’s ongoing efforts to target the illegal drug market.
