- October 2 – Turquoise: Dysautonomia Awareness Month
- October 3 – Purple: Domestic Violence Awareness
- October 7 – Teal: International Trigeminal Awareness Day
- October 10, 11, & 12 – Green, White, and Red: Italian Heritage Month
- October 13 – Teal: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Awareness Week
- October 14 – Teal, Pink, and Green: Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day
- October 15 – Purple and White: Emergency Nurses Week
- October 16 – Pink and Blue: Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month
- October 22 – Turquoise: Dysautonomia Awareness Month
- October 23 – Purple: Rett Syndrome Awareness Month
- October 25 – Teal: World Spina Bifida Day
- October 30 – Purple: Domestic Violence Awareness
