Residents and visitors are advised that, in connection with the 40th Great Feast of the Holy Ghost at Kennedy Park, road closures and increased traffic delays are expected on streets surrounding the Feast from Wednesday, August 26 through Sunday, August 30.
To assist residents living in the surrounding area, the Fall River Police Department (FRPD) will issue special parking permits to eligible residents.

Permits will be valid Thursday, August 27 through Sunday, August 30.
PLEASE NOTE: Residents must present their current motor vehicle registration to receive a parking permit. Permits will only be issued to residents whose vehicle registration reflects one of the eligible addresses listed above.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, expect increased traffic, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted traffic and parking restrictions throughout the Feast.
