FALL RIVER, Mass. — Timothy Mendes, 67, was reported missing Tuesday evening after he was last seen at a Fall River nursing home, according to the Fall River Police Department.
Mendes was reported missing at approximately 5:10 p.m. on August 11, 2026. He was last seen at 273 Oak Grove Ave., the Carvalho Grove nursing home.
At the time he was last seen, Mendes was wearing black shorts, a gray shirt with a chest pocket, black sneakers and white ankle socks. Police said he also has a tattoo on his left forearm.

Authorities said Mendes is known to have cognitive impairment, making his disappearance a matter of concern.
Anyone who may have seen Mendes or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Fall River Police Department.
