On Wednesday, August 5, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Fall River Police officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 300 block of Fourth Street.
When officers arrived, they found a 21-year-old man suffering from a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Division and the Community Action and Suppression Team (C.A.S.T.) are actively investigating the shooting.
